On behalf of Prayer Watch International (PWI), we would like to wish you

ost blessed Christmas and an
Anointed and Prosperous New Year in 2018.
As we look back over 2017, our hearts are full of gratitude to God for all He did in the year which is rapidly coming to a close, especially the development of the PWI Prayer Media Ministry. God has been faithful, merciful, and generous to PWI. We stand in awe of His faithfulness to the Vision of Prayer He gave on Sunday morning April 27, 1986. He continues to affirm and re-confirm His original prayer vision. Praise the Lord!
A Most Special Thanks to all of you, our prayer and ministry partners, around the world. Without your prayers and faithful support, it would be simply impossible to carry on and carry out the Vision of Prayer God has given to the body of Christ through PWI. God bless you abundantly for your perseverance in intercession, invaluable ministry service, and generous financial support. A Child Is Born
|
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace
A Child, the priceless Son of God, has been given to us. The weight of the world rests on
His shoulders.
Jesus is the
gift
of God to a fallen and broken world. He brings
salvation
and
eternal life
to all who believe in His atoning and redeeming work. It is a gift of grace made possible through faith.
This child has many names: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace to mention only four of His names. In this season of Christmas and in the coming year, will He be
your Counselor, Mighty God, Father or Prince of Peace? Most likely, Jesus will be all four for all of us and perhaps more!
In addition to being our Wonderful Counselor, Jesus has also sent us a personal Advisor, an all-knowing Counselor, in the
Holy Spirit.
"And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever - the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you..." (John 14:16-17 NIV).
In the world we live today, we all can use the very best advice possible. The Christ Child has shared of Himself and His anointed counseling by giving us the best Counselor there is, the Holy Spirit!
PWI blesses you with Holy Spirit gifts

The development of
the PWI Prayer Media Ministry has grown over the past year: an
updated PWI Website (
www.prayerwatch.net)
, creation of the PWI Facebook page, live streaming from PWI events, and Stories of Faith videos (as can be viewed in the left-hand column).
In addition, a number of
PWI Prayer Blogs have already been written. These include
Praying For Children, Grandchildren and Families,
Developing Sensitivity To The Holy Spirit, and Revelation Overcomer.
Pastor Bjorn is currently working on a blog extracted from Prayer School IA - Face to Face with God, which includes highlights from this powerful Prayer School

2017 European Prayer Mission - Czech Republic
|
PWI had a fantastic Prayer Mission to Europe in September. The mission started with Prayerwalking in the Czech Republic tourist town of Marianske Lazne. After walking the city, the team went to a Lutheran church (pictured below) and prayed for the people, the country, and for a powerful movement of the Holy Spirit. PWI has been to this town on two previous occasions to prayerwalk.

2017 European Prayer Mission - Germany
|
The next ministry stop was in Hof, Germany. Special thanks to Pastor Herbert and Rita Lang and other precious friends in Germany for a warm welcome and outstanding support for the global ministry of PWI! The prayer seminar taught was
Maturing Your Spiritual Gifts, which was well received. Germany has always been such a special place to do prayer and teaching ministry because of the powerful and anointed ministry of worship and praise led by Pastor Herbert Lang and the generous hospitality, fantastic fellowship, and delicious food prepared by Rita Lang and her team.
The team also drove to Schilbach, Germany and the Rittergut Castle, where all 7 of the PWI Prayer Schools and numerous leadership training seminars have been held previously. Pastor Steve and Wendy were able to enjoy the splendor of the castle for the first time. We thank God for several seasons of many blessings and anointed mission and ministry there. God has opened numerous doors in Germany over the years and PWI is grateful for the partnership. Danke Schön!

2017 European Prayer Mission - Norway
|
The final stop on the European Prayer Mission 2017 was Lyngdal, Norway (Southern Norway). It is always a special joy for Pastor Bjørn to return to Norway, the homeland of his youth where he can "snakke norsk" (speak Norwegian) and enjoy native Norwegian food! The PWI team taught Prayer School VII,
Jesus Is Coming Back at Å Bedehus (House of Prayer or Church) in Lyngdal. Pastor Steve taught with Pastor Bjørn and Wendy helped with worship and praise. She also taught a course on
Worship and Praise. Special thanks go to Magne and Annlaug Drageland for outstanding hospitality with great prayer fellowship and wonderful food. "Mange takk" (many thanks) to the Prayer School Organizing Committee, especially Reidunn Løland, Tone and Ivor Stølen, Jenny and Per Lande, and others for excellent preparations and implementation of the Prayer School! The participants also enjoyed an outstanding team of translators led by Frøys Hindar and Pastor Jan Ernst Gabrielsen. They are anointed servants of the Lord. The Prayer School was well received and many lives were touched by the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. Six of the seven PWI Prayer Schools have now been completed in Norway (only Prayer School VI is left to do). Continue to pray for
renewal and revival in the Christian Church of Norway.

A New Open Door

PWI has been
invited to conduct Prayer Training Seminars and C
onferences in
Liberia, West Africa
. Rev. Dr. John Willie is an Overseer of more than one hundred congregations. His home church is Crusader For Christ - The World Outreach Ministries located in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. He has contact with Pastors and Church Leaders in some of the neighboring nations: Sierra Leone, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Ghana and he is open to coordinate some joint international prayer training sessions, either in Liberia and/or one or more of the neighboring countries.
Please join us in praying for God's will and timing
in this matter, as well as, the
needed resources and team members
to anointedly carry out this important prayer mission.
