From the Editor - Stroke Technique Resources

Even those of us who choose not to compete benefit by organizing our annual swimming regimen into seasons. As we approach the long course season, it can be helpful to review our technique and look for areas of improvement. Obviously asking your coach for suggestions is the best place to start. The USMS website is also a great resource for stroke tips. From the Training tab, available from almost every page on the site, you can access resources dedicated to workouts, drills, starts and turns, stroke technique and other training-related topics.
