Message from the President

By now, everyone knows our Monthly Luncheon, sponsored by Health First - Health Plans & Recovery Insurance Adjusters, moved to next Wednesday (for the month of July ONLY). Our keynote speaker is Sheriff Wayne Ivey and lunch goes from 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Life Care Center, 175 Villa Nueva Way off Malabar Road. Join us for great networking, an entertaining speaker and wonderful lunch buffet.
If you know you need to use Facebook to promote your business but are not sure what to write, join us for “Developing Online Content” with Richard and Cheri Martin from WCN Interactive on July 13. They are the gurus of social media and this will be a terrific training to attend to get ideas on content generation. It is free for members.
Our Entrepreneurial/Leadership Breakfast on July 19 features Bryan Price, owner of the local Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurants. He is a dynamic young entrepreneur who has found success with his business model. Listen as Bryan discusses the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur, his successes and challenges and lessons learned along the way. The Holiday Inn Express on Malabar Road hosts this event.
Save the date for the Space Coast Symposium on Friday September 22, from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., at the Space Coast Convention Center off 520 in Cocoa. This event features federal, state and county leaders providing panel and presentation discussions about the state of Brevard County.
