Message from the President
The Space Coast Symposium is happening tomorrow from 8:00 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Space Coast Convention Center at 301 Tucker Lane in Cocoa. Our keynote speaker is U.S. Congressman Bill Posey. We will also have a personal message from U.S. Senator Marco Rubio. From 11:00 - 12:00 is a panel featuring Florida Senator Dorothy Hukill and Florida Representatives Thomas Goodson, Thad Altman and Randy Fine. Panel 2 from 9:45-10:45 features Dr. Duane De Freese, Executive Director Indian River Lagoon Council, Jim Kuzma, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Space Florida, Lynda Weatherman, President & CEO of Florida’s Space Coast Economic Development Commission, Eric Garvey, Executive Director of Florida’s Space Coast Office of Tourism and Cliff Graham, Directors of Operations & Maintenance, Orlando Melbourne International Airport. Panel 1 from 8:30 -9:30 features Wayne Ivey, Brevard County Sheriff, Thomas Weinberg, Chairman of Port Canaveral Port Authority, Michelle Masline, President of Home Builders & Contractors Association of Brevard, Misty Belford, Chairwoman of the Brevard County School Board, and John Denninghoff, Brevard Assistant County Manager. There will be lots of time for Q&A. Join us for breakfast and lunch for only $45, or $55 at the door, to hear these fabulous community leaders.

Join us Tuesday morning, the 26th from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. for Brevard Business Professionals for our last breakfast at Buena Vida Estates. Next month we will be moving back to Larsen Motorsports. This month will be a panel discussion with lawyers and a retired judge. Join Rachel W. McCreary, Lawyer, Andrew P. Lannon, Esq., B.C.S., City Attorney, City of Palm Bay, Alli B. Majeed, Retired County Court Judge, and Robin Cornell, Attorney at Law. Find out about living wills, trusts, power of attorney, and any questions you have always wanted to ask a lawyer, but were afraid to ask. Breakfast is only $10 and this provides a great networking opportunity.
