I want to thank everyone who voted and let their voice be heard. Elections are important and knowing the issues and what each candidate stands for is important. As we all move forward together, the Chamber is here to help you grow both personally and professionally. We have had a 243% increase in events for our members going from 53 events last year to 129 this year. These events give you the opportunity for business growth and development along with terrific networking. So far this year, we have had over a 300% increase in new membership verses last year. Feel free to invite prospective members to any of our events, as you do not have to be a member to attend our functions.

Next week we have a Ribbon Cutting workshop taught by Bonnie McKee, followed by two Ribbon Cuttings later in the week one at KT Guns and another at Integrity Medical Hearing. Check below for more details.

If you have wondered about drones and virtual reality, Wednesday's Entrepreneurial Breakfast is for you. Note the venue change to EL CHICO'S at 1755 Evans Ave from 7:30 - 9 a.m. A fabulous breakfast will be served while we hear from serial entrepreneur Chris Thomas. He may have a surprise demonstration for all to see where the future of drones is going. This will be a fun and informative presentation.
