Dangerous Drugs & Corporate Profits
If you have a family member or loved one who has been injured by one of the following products, it is important they understand and know their rights. (Please click on any of the below medications to learn more about resulting injuries and ailments.)

 Granuflo

  Tylenol

Testosterone Supplements

(for males)

 Pradaxa

 Hip Implants

 Protamine Sulfate

 Risperdal Consta

Drug companies lead us to believe products such as these exist solely to help us, but there may be more to know. Corporations that generate and produce medications such as the ones above may have special knowledge regarding the consequences and side-effects of these drugs that they may not care to disclose to the general public.

Tylenol is widely distributed and consumed by Americans - and it is one of the worst medications out there!! Do you or does someone you know take Tylenol to control bodily pain or headaches? Did you or that person know that Tylenol is the #1 cause of liver failure?

DO NOT TAKE TYLENOL!

Click here for a recent study on the medication.

If you or a loved one has suffered from any of the medications above, call the Pansler Law Firm today for a free consultation.

 Accident

What to do if you are involved in an accident

1. Be Calm. Breathe. These things happen.

2. Get to a safe place and ensure that everyone is okay - or if they will need Emergency services.

3. Contact the police as soon as possible.

4. DO NOT: Discuss your coverage limits OR admit fault.

5. Exchange insurance information and document names, phone numbers, home addresses and e-mail addresses of everyone at the scene. (This could be helpful if witnesses are needed later).

6. Take photos of damage to vehicles, accident scene, obvious injuries and identification.

7. Call your attorney.

8. Report the accident to your  insurance company.

Prevention begins with safe driving habits! Take care out there.

Southeastern
Southeastern
University's
Fire Football Team

After years of planning and preparing, fundraising and dreaming, Southeastern University announced they will be building their own Fire Football Stadium on their campus located in Lakeland, FL. Chairman of the Board, Reverend Terry Rayburn said, "We celebrate the physical that God has granted to this great university. This did not happen by coincidence. It is the result of visionary and faithful leadership."

Keith Barefield has been named Head Coach of Southeastern's Inaugural Football season. "I am truly honored to be named the first head football coach at Southeastern. I have a deep respect for the expectations and standards by which the football program and all programs of this university are measured. We will seek, identify and sign student-athletes that are committed to being champions for Christ, champions in the classroom and champions on the field of competition."

There is already a Inaugural Football Schedule for the 2014 season, which is set to begin on September 6, 2014 when the Fire takes Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. The stadium is set to be completed by September 13, 2014 when the Fire hosts Warner University for their first home game. The Pansler Law Firm is a proud supporter of Southeastern's Athletics and we are very excited about this new addition to an already great university.

GO SOUTHEASTERN FIRE!!!

 PIPsuits

New Area of Practice: PIP Suits

In addition to providing legal representation to those injured due to the negligence of another, Pansler Law attorney Christopher Ison is now available to assist physicians and their patients with claims for unpaid Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.

Last year, substantial, legislative changes impacted the law in regards to PIP benefits as they relate to both auto accident victims and their treating physicians. If an insurance company is unnecessarily refusing to pay PIP benefits, give Christopher a call today!
