Students receive a "real life experience" in entrepreneurship and operating a restaurant, with proceeds directly benefiting  the school through tuition assistance, teacher compensation, athletics, capital improvements, and student services including academics, technology, the arts, and music.  Last year our SCCS businessmen and women generated over $16,500 profit running a successful business!  The SCCS Fish Fry runs Fridays during Lent; March 3, 10, 17, 24 and April 7. Hope to see you there!
