Panther Creek Estates HOA has just launched our new website!  We've been working hard to update our site to make it easier for you to find that critical  information you need!   Whether you need to know when  the next special event is, or some  information about a local business within the commun ity... it's now just a simply click away!  We're still working on con tent so bear with us!
Fence Regulations!!   What do I do?
This was a hot topic last year and it's been expected! As our community ages, so does our property. That fierce wind storm recently didn't help either. Some residents are quick to stay ahead, and others...well.. not so much. Hey! It's expensive to fix or replace a fence! It's interesting to see the difference of all the residents opinions.  Some despise any violation letter and argue it to the hilt, and others think we're not doing our due diligence by keeping the neighborhood picture perfect.  So, I thought a great way to help end the madness is to help outline the regulations for your fence.   Easier said than done, so I'm posting a link to the REGULATIONS here.  Just go down to page 3 of 9 and you can see the information outlined.
Northeast Community Park UPDATE

We've all been so patient on the development on this park.  I swear it will be worth the wait!  I just got the latest update yesterday.  There were some delays as a result of budget and the recent surge of construction in Frisco.  Costs went up considerably, so there was a brief pause on trying to figure out how to handle the increased costs.  Thankfully, the Parks Dept and CDC worked hard in finding the funds to complete this project.   They had to make some temporary changes to get it in budget, but they did manage to get it there. The alternative was to delay the entire project, which by the way... was on the table.   Construction should be starting within the next couple months!
What do you think?   Do you like this format?  Our goal is to keep putting new information that you can use!   We seriously think this is the best neighborhood in Frisco, and we want you to feel the same way.  Drop us a line and let us know!  Your feedback means a lot!
