Hello fellow neighbors! It's finally getting a little cooler outside, which means more activity in the neighborhood! Get outside, take a stroll and say "Hi" to a neighbor. FALL FESTIVAL!

Saturday Oct 29th 1:00-4:00 - Located at Hummingbird Park (Behind SEM)

Come join your neighbors and have some fun at the largest PCE event!

We will have food, music, games, bounce houses, pumpkin decorating, and Trick Or Treating. An adult resident must check in. All kids who wear their costume get a goodie bag and can Trick Or Treat with vendors. Bring your cameras to take some fun photos with the Halloween backdrop.

ANNUAL MEETING

Thursday November 10 @ 6:30

Our Annual Meeting is coming up in a couple months. This is where the board will go over the status of our neighborhood and review things that we've done in 2016 and what we have planned for 2017. We also elect/re-elect board members during this meeting as well. Inte rested candidates should download the candidate form HERE for an application. Your board will also be giving a presentation on the condition of the exterior perimeter of our community and our plans on what we'd like to do to improve it. This may include a possible assessment down the road. You'll want to be informed, so please be sure to make the meeting so you can ask questions and give input.

Board Member Elections

During our annual meeting, we will be conducting elections for board positions. There will be at least (2) seats that will be open for either a new board member, or re-election of the same board member. Interested parties should download the candidate form HERE Board positions are open to any homeowner in the community. Interested candidates must submit their application no later than Oct 28, 2016 via email to: [email protected]
Not sure what a board member does? Being on the board means you take an active interest in the community. Not only do we meet for several hours once a month, but we actively and aggressively manage projects relating to the activities and maintenance of PCE. No experience is necessary, but a willingness to help and get involved is essential.

Pool Closing!

It was a great season with the pool this year! Our new Pool monitor program far exceeded our expectations! Our incident reporting via text program worked amazingly. Not only were the number of "incidents" down a lot this year, the system also alerted the board when anything mechanical went wrong. This saved our community money by acting fast on any repairs needed. Sadly, the season must end and this weekend is the last weekend the pool will be open. Enjoy it while you can!
