Hello fellow neighbors!   Summer is in full swing and there's a lot going on in PCE and our community!   Be sure to check our our new website for more information that you need!
Voting..AGAIN!  But read this! 

Why is it so important that Panther Creek residents get out and vote?
 
  • Although a larger portion of the population votes in the general election, local elections have a much higher impact on your day lives.   Your council members have a DIRECT impact on property taxes, zoning developments, water bills, locations of parks and so much more.  
  •  As the Eldorado Corridor expands its development, which includes the NE Community Park, Properties along Eldorado and Panther Creek and in the future, Brinkman Ranch, the Panther Creek HOA will have the largest block of residents who will be impacted.  The larger our turnout, the more impact we will have to be heard from our council.   This is critical! 
  •  We are expecting only 2,000 voters, who will represent about 155,000 residents.    That means each vote represents 77 residents in Frisco.   Every vote literally counts in our community.   Potentially, Panther Creek HOA could control the outcome of the election if we get out there and vote!   That would certainly turn some heads with our city leaders!
POOL KEY CARDS! 

We've been getting a lot of emails requesting replacement pool key cards. Here is a link for all the information you need to get that card as soon as possible. 
Updated Recycle Information! 
New Items were added!
The City of Frisco has updated their approved recycle listing.   Take a look HERE.    New items include Plastic Grocery Bags (non-bundled) and Wax Cartons.

NEW FACEBOOOK PAGE

We have just launched a new PCE FACEBOOK Page.  This will be the GOTO place to get real HOA information. Unlike the existing group that was originally set up as a place where residents can discuss HOA topics,it's technically not affiliated with the HOA.  We've listened to your concerns and have set up an "OFFICIAL"  page of your community. We'll have direct links to all kinds of useful information that you will need.

Newest Member of the Team!  Welcome!
Joe (Chintan) and his family moved to Panther Creek Estates in 2015. He has been in IT for over 20 years and worked for clients like New York Government, Massachusetts Government, Harvard University, Verizon, Sprint and Capital One. " We moved to this awesome community last year. I lived in St. Louis are for about 15 years before I moved to Dallas area. I care about our community and love to contribute my spare time in volunteer work for this community, so I join as an HOA board member. We have really great board member team and I am really impressed with the work they are doing for our community. "   

MOVE NIGHT RESCHEDULED
Saturday July 2nd


Hopefully the rain has passed us for a while now!   We have our rescheduled date for Saturday July 2nd at Dusk.   FREE popcorn and FREE good times!   Bring a blanket and your family and enjoy a night under the stars!
