2018 Conference
The 2018 National Rural & Small Town Mission Conference will be
held November 8–10 in Kansas City, Missouri, at the Hilton Kansas City Airport.This conference is meant for anyone living, serving or interested in rural or small-town areas, with topics and resources specifically suited for this unique mission field. Print flyer
Art Show

The Ferguson Art Gallery, Kretzmann Hall at Concordia University Chicago, 7400 Augusta Street, River Forest presents the Student Invitational and Graduating Art Minors’ Show from February 26 to March 18.

Artist Series

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 215 S. Lincoln, Lombard, will welcome Trillium, an amazingly talented quartet performing an energetic array of Celtic, ragtime, bluegrass, and Dixieland music, using a remarkable array of instruments, including fiddle, bass, hammered dulcimer, and more.
Trillium will present its concert on April 15 at 3 p.m. There is no admission charge for any of the events in the Artist Series at St. John’s; a free-will offering will be received to defray the costs of the programs. For additional information, contact the church office, 630-629-2515.

Sessions are 1 hour long in duration. The links below will take you to a registration page and you may select any date. Registration is limited to 100 persons per date. After picking a date you can automatically add the information to your calendar and you will be sent a reminder email.


Endowment Grant Deadline April 15
The Endowment committee of the Northern Illinois District will consider requests for small grants to programs consistent with the goals of New Starts...New Believers from the district, its congregations and any of the corporations, associations and recognized service organizations that are listed in the current Lutheran Annual.
