Important Reminders

There is NO Bike check/valet on Saturday. Please bring your bicycle and the rest of your gear on Sunday only.
Saturday's pre-race talk with Tri La Vie is optional and RSVP is appreciated. Youth and adults are welcome.
The Race Director will have a mandatory course talk and review the rules at 6:30 am for the Sprint Triathlon and at 8:10 am for the Jr. Tri. This will take place in the Transition Area on the Soccer Field.
For the safety of the Adult & Youth triathletes returning from the run, the transition area closes at 7:15 am and will reopen at approximately 7:45 am for the Jr. Triathletes. We recommend all adult, youth and junior athletes arrive and set up before the closure.
One parent may enter the Transition Areas per child. Parents will receive a wristband at Packet Pickup that they must wear at all times for access to the Transition Areas.
All triathletes must pick up their own packet and show their ID and USAT card if they are a member (youth 17 & under exempt).
The parking lot at the venue will close between 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM (approximately) for the safety of all athletes.

Important Reminders for Packet Pickup!

For the TRIATHLON You must pick up your own packet. New USAT Rules prohibit someone else picking up your packet for you. If you cannot come to early packet pickup on Saturday, you can pick up on Sunday morning as early as 5:30am.
Bring your photo ID! NO ID, NO BIB, NO EXCEPTIONS! (Youth 17 & Under Exempt)
For the 5K - you can pick up a packet for someone else with a copy of their ID AND a signed waiver (click to download).

Race Day Schedule

Sunday, February 8th, 2015

5:30 am	Registration, Expo and Transition Area Opens to all athletes (Adult, Youth & Jr.)
6:30 am - 8:15 am	Jr. Triathletes drop off Swim Bag at Transition Area #2 (TA #2 is on the trail). Bag for child's swim gear (goggles, etc) will be provided at Packet Pickup. TA #2 is for Jr. Triathletes ONLY.
6:30 am	Adult & Youth Triathlete Course Talk with the Race Director in the Transition Area on the Soccer Field
6:35 am	All Adult and Sprint Triathletes to the START LINE.
7:00 am	Adult & Youth iTRYathlon & 5K Run START
7:15 am	Transition Area CLOSED to Jr. Athletes to prepare for first Adult & Youth athletes returning from the Run.
7:45 am	Transition Area REOPENS for Jr. Triathletes
8:10 am	Jr. Triathlete Course Talk with the Race Director (Transition Area - Soccer Field)
8:15 am	5K Run Awards at the Main Stage in the Expo
8:30 am	Jr. iTRYathlon Race Start
8:45 am	Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run Start
