WISHIN Partnership with PatientPing Now Live!

WISHIN recently partnered with PatientPing, the nation's leading care-coordination platform, to improve care coordination across hundreds of hospitals, clinics, post-acute care facilities, ACOs, health plans, and other community health care organizations throughout Wisconsin. On August 25, 2018, this innovative partnership officially went live. Participating payers and providers across the state are now benefiting from access to PatientPing's real-time, patient-encounter notifications to better coordinate patient care. To date, 2,181 pings have already been sent!

PatientPing CEO to Headline Third Annual Wisconsin HIE Summit
WISHIN is pleased to announce that Jay Desai, co-founder and CEO of PatientPing, will deliver the keynote address at its third annual Wisconsin HIE Summit. Jay’s passion lies at the intersection of technology, policy, and community building, and he started PatientPing in 2013 with one goal in mind: to connect providers everywhere to seamlessly coordinate patient care.

WISHIN recently partnered with PatientPing to improve care coordination in Wisconsin through real-time, actionable patient notifications. At the Summit, Jay’s address will center around trends in care coordination, Wisconsin’s unique position in the ever-changing health care landscape, and why care coordination informed by information technology matters now more than ever before.
