If you were in Virginia Beach Thursday, you no doubt heard and/or saw the Blue Angels rehearsing for their show this weekend at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront as part of the Patriotic Festival.  The Blue Angels are the United States Navy's flight exhibition team. During their aerobatic demonstration, the Blue Angels fly F/A-18 Hornets, and dazzle spectators with their formations and maneuvers.

The Patriotic Festival is a 3-day celebration (June 1-3) to honor the men and women of the military and their families.  It is a special honor this year for our band Guava Jam (http://www.facebook.com/guavajam) to perform after the Blue Angels on Sunday, and open for Scotty McCreery.  The Blue Angels will perform from 3:00-4:00 pm, Guava Jam from 5:00-6:00 pm, and Scotty McCreery from 6:30-7:30 pm at the 5th Street Stage.
