A Letter from our CEO, John Fowler
Peoples' Self-Help Housing started as a group of citizens concerned about the need for affordable housing. Judging by the community turnout earlier this month at the ground breaking for our newest Santa Barbara development, Jardin de las Rosas, the spirit of helping our neighbors in need is alive and well.

With ongoing support from our elected officials, development partners and of course the community, we have many more developments coming to fruition in the next couple of years, and I hope to see you at the next ground breaking or grand opening celebration.
