Fall Perennial Exchange on Sunday Offers Fresh & Free Garden Additions

This Sunday, October 2, take advantage of the popular free perennial exchange at the Kamm's Corners Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to noon. Simply dig up perennial plants to share. Divide them and place into containers such as clean dairy tubs or sturdy plastic bags. Water the plants enough to keep the roots moist for replanting. New and veteran gardeners alike benefit from this free exchange. It's a great way to add to any home garden.

See what else is happening on Sunday at the market (live music, chef demo, Gaelic Imports, pumpkins & more) by visiting the webpage here

Police officers are going to help to serve breakfast as well as engage in discussions about community activities and their involvement. A national team from NBC News will cover the event as part of a story about local police and the communities they serve.

A face painter, balloon artist, and magician will keep the children entertained. All proceeds from the event will go to future programming and awareness. Click here for the flyer.
