One of the biggest challenges facing nonprofits is sustaining programs that were initially funded through public and private dollars. With shrinking budgets and increasing demand for service it is critical that we have tools to determine what programs are working, when to make improvements as needed, and when to windup a program that cannot be sustained.

In this session, you'll learn how to document the benefits of services provided, identify aspects for enhancement or expansion, and use the information to obtain additional support from stakeholders, funders, and the community.
