Benny is a sweet boy who needs an experienced dog owner to adopt him and love him forever. He needs a patient family without small children in the home. Benny is a young guy of about a year to two years old and has a long life ahead of him. Our volunteers have been showing Benny that humans are good and he's warming up quickly. Come down and meet this handsome brindle boy.
Penne is a cute female Pit mix who is between two and three years old. She's a learning her basic obedience and picking it up quickly. Penne is fast becoming a volunteer favorite. She loves focusing on her human and snuggling up. Penne gets along with most submissive dogs but would prefer a home without cats.
Pinwheel is an adorable pocket pit mix. Pinwheel was returned to the shelter when her family decided they were moving and would not be taking her with them. Pinwheel is a playful and happy girl who is a little shy when she first meets a new person, but warms up fast and climbs into their lap for some pets. She knows her sit, down and paw commands already.
Cleo is a beautiful 8-year-old cat that was being taken care of by a senior individual. Unfortunately her guardian has since fallen ill and he wanted to be sure his beautiful Cleo was taken care of so she's now at Pets Alive. Cleo would thrive in a quiet home where there's no pressure on her to be anything but the beautiful girl she is. Do you have room in your heart to be the one to show her that she's wonderful just as she is? With time and love, we know she'll blossom into the true calico she is.
