Adoption Corner!
Meet Bobby! He is about six years old. He can be shy around new people, but once he gets to know you, he is as sweet as can be. He is currently working with the dog trainer and volunteers from Pets Alive to help him get over his shyness. He loves to sit for treats and take walks. He's available for adoption now!

Jada is a friendly, quiet dog who likes all people big and small. She gets along well with dogs her own size, but a home with small dogs or cats is not recommended. At eight-years-young, she is housebroken and just wants a family to call her own. (Photo by Dee McMeekan)

Huck is a five-year-old Lab Retriever Mix. He is an amazingly loving and loyal companion who always does all he can to please his person. While he may have a serious look about him, he is a goofy and playful guy, always up for an adventure. Sit down on the floor and this over-sized lap dog will plop right down on top of you. Housebroken and trained in basic obedience, Huck has spent too many days in the shelter. He desperately wants and needs a home and companion to call his very own. (photo by Dee McMeekan)

Sweet Annie was rescued by an New York City police officer, who found her alone on the streets of NYC. She is a sweet, playful girl which Pets Alive quickly realized was deaf! This amazing, bright girl is learning hand signals from her favorite volunteers and is looking for a special family who will understand her needs and continue to work with her training. Do you have what it takes? Annie is part of the Diamonds in the Ruff program for special needs dogs. Your adoption fee is waived thanks to an investment from Petco Foundation.
