Pharad Awarded GSA Schedule 70 Contract 
We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule 70Photonic Transceiver contract award under contract number GS35F0290Y and can now provide goods and services to the federal, state, and local governments. Pharad now offers our antenna and RF-over-fiber product lines to government customers through a GSA Schedule.

Low Observable Antennas
We continue to expand our low observable antenna product portfolio. Offering a wide variety of low observable antennas for vehicle and personnel applications, Pharad's covert antennas are virtually indistinguishable from their surrounding environment.

Whether the antennas are worn on a person, integrated 
within the body of an automobile, or molded into structural and architectural features of buildings and man-made structures, Pharad's Antenna Development team offers unique solutions that address the challenge of engineering efficient radiators for RF communication, signal intercept and intelligence, and electronic warfare systems.

The newest addition to the product range is Pharad's paint-on antenna technology that will be released later this quarter. The paint-on antenna kit will allow the user to apply the paint-on antenna directly to a variety of surfaces. 
Pharad Demonstrates All-Optical
RF Distribution System 
Pharad recently announced the successful demonstration of an All-Optical RF Distribution system for ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) platforms incorporating its high performance RF photonic transceiver and photonic cross-connect products. The optical RF distribution system provides high linearity, low noise figure, and low loss RF over fiber signal transport as well as the dynamic optical switching and routing of RF signals. In the demonstration, four Pharad photonic transceivers with operational bandwidths covering 0.5 - 20 GHz were integrated with the Pharad PXC-0404 Photonic Cross-Connect, a four channel optical switching module that supports the low loss routing, dynamic switching and distribution of multiple RF over fiber signals.

Pharad's Photonic Cross-Connect
In addition to ISR applications, the optical RF distribution system can be used for high performance RF signal routing in other platforms and RF distribution networks. It allows the replacement of conventional coaxial cabling and RF switches typically used for the routing of multiple RF signals to different locations. RF over fiber link paths can be reconfigured dynamically and the photonic cross-connect operates independently of the RF signal frequencies.
