Picnic for Poki

Thursday, July 16, 2015

Special Guest: Ah Tim Eleniki

Kaahumanu Church

Roselani Place and Ola Na Mele Productions invite you to join us for a Picnic for Poki at 11:00 AM at the Historic Kaahumanu Church in Wailuku Town, 103 South High Street on Thursday, July 16, 2015. Our featured guest with live Hawaiian entertainment will be Ah Tim Eleniki.  If you enjoy the music of Brother IZ (Israel Kamakawiwo'ole), you'll not want to miss our July Picnic for Poki.  Ah Tim will be joined by friend and fellow musician Joey Vierra.

Ah Tim can be heard at various venues on Maui, including Pioneer Inn. He is currently recording with Ola Na Mele Productions. You can also see Ah Tim's performances on You Tube.

Take a mid-day break and enjoy the beautiful sounds of Hawaii.  There will be delicious fresh baked cookies and coffee from the Roselani Place kitchen.  Bring your lunch, a lawn chair, and most importantly, bring a friend.

Picnic for Poki is held every third Thursday on the month to continue bringing the spirit of aloha and Hawaiian music to the Maui community in honor of the late Allen "Braddah Poki" Pokipala.  Braddah Poki was dedicated to sharing Hawaiian music throughout various venues in Hawaii
