White Sulphur Springs, WV - July 21, 2014: The Greenbrier, the classic American destination resort in the foothills of West Virginia's Allegheny Mountains, has announced the schedule for The New Orleans Saints 2014 Training Camp Presented by Verizon at the resort, from July 24-August 13, 2014.

The New Orleans Saints will open 2014 Training Camp Presented by Verizon on Thursday, July 24 when players report to The Greenbrier for physicals and meetings and hold their strength and conditioning tests. The Saints will begin on-field workouts in a non-padded practice session on Friday, July 25 from 8:50-11:40am, followed by a walkthrough from 4:30-5:30pm. While at The Greenbrier, the club will hold a total of 15 practices, including a scrimmage on Saturday, August 2*. All training camp workouts at The Greenbrier will be open to fans and media.

The new training camp facilities at The Greenbrier, which were commissioned by the resort's owner Jim Justice and custom-built for the New Orleans Saints, include three practice fields (two natural turf and one synthetic grass), along with a 55,000-square foot multi-purpose building equipped with meeting rooms, weight rooms, locker rooms, training and physical therapy accommodations, and kitchen and dining facilities.

July 26, 2014 ~ Picnic with the Saints ~ Join us on July 26, 2014 (beginning at 3:30pm) to celebrate with the players and coaches. This picnic celebration will include Meet & Greets, Autograph and Photograph Opportunities, Live Entertainment, Facility Tours and Much More! Limited Quantities available - don't wait! Wristbands for this event are $10 and are available for purchase at greenbrier.com/picnic. Guests who purchase in advance online should bring their checkout receipt and the credit card that was used to place the order to Will Call (located near the bus drop-off) to receive their wristbands. Wristbands will also be available for purchase at the Merchandise Tent at the Practice Facility on Friday, July 25^th and Saturday, July 26^th, 2014.

Please note that practices at The Greenbrier may be cancelled or closed to the public in the event of inclement weather. Practice times and field locations are subject to change with little or no advance warning at the discretion of the Football Operations Staff. Parking and Admission Information: For fans wishing to attend workouts, admission is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited bleacher seating is available; please note---there is no reserved seating. Additional seating on the berm is available. There is no admission charge for watching training camp practice.  Parking for spectators will be located at the State Fair of West Virginia Fairgrounds (approx. 10 minutes from The Greenbrier). Spectators will then pass a security check and board on-site charter buses for the short ride to the practice facility.  This is the only form of transportation that is allowed to enter the training camp facility.  Personal vehicles, walk-ins, and private buses/motor coaches are not permitted. Admission and parking will be FREE. THERE WILL BE A TRANSPORTATION FEE OF $5 PER ADULT AND $2 PER CHILD 12 AND UNDER, PAYABLE BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD. TRANSPORTATION TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE BOARDING BUSES. The ticket will also enable you access to all Greenbrier property activities and include a voucher for a discounted retail item. Transportation will run continuously throughout the day taking spectators between the parking lots, football facility and The Greenbrier resort.

Player Autographs: Following each practice, Saints players will sign autographs for fans. Available players will sign autographs if weather, time and other circumstances permit. Please note, however that autographs are not guaranteed.

Still Photos and Video: Fans are welcome to take photos of the players during training camp. However, video is prohibited. Saints staff may request at any time that you cease using those devices.

Prohibited Items: Purses larger than a clutch bag; coolers; briefcases; backpacks; fanny packs; cinch bags; non-approved seat cushions; luggage or bags of any kind; computer bags; camera bags; video cameras; weapons; knives; pepper spray; food or drink. Concessions: There is a variety of food and drink available for purchase on site. Drink and food from the outside are not allowed on the premises.

Restrooms: Restrooms are available at all training camp locations.

Interview Availability

Player Access: On a day with two workouts, players will be available following the morning session only. Select players will be made available on a regular basis. A list of players scheduled will be sent out every few days via email. Additionally, players will be available for on-field interviews following practice. It is recommended that all interview requests be made at least 24 hours in advance and be submitted through Doug Miller, Justin Macione or Matt Mendelson.

Note: Due to limited space and size constraints, there will be no open locker room media sessions during training camp.

Coach Access: On a day with two workouts, Head Coach Sean Payton will be available following the morning session at the banner, with his availability being held post-practice following a one-a-day workout.

Assistant Coach Interviews: Assistant coaches will be available at least once each week during training camp.

Reporting/Media Viewing

Photos and Video: On specified days during training camp, still photography and videotaping are only allowed during individual position drills or when players are entering the practice fields. (This includes the special teams' portion of practice.) Most practices will be open throughout its entirety for full video and photography shooting.

Tactical Information: As consistent with the past, nothing can be reported that is of a tactical nature. Formations, who is lining up where, who is rushing the quarterback (and from where), gimmick plays, etc. are included in tactical information.

Injuries: Saints' policy is that the media are not allowed to report on injuries that happen during practice until such time as Head Coach Sean Payton addresses the situation following practice.

Electronic and Battery-Powered Equipment: When the team is practicing in the indoor facility and when the practices are closed to the public, use of cell phones, Twitter, blogging, etc. are prohibited. When practices are open to the public, media are allowed to Tweet, blog, etc., with the exception of reporting on injuries and tactical information (please see above).
