Dear Artists,

The Danforth Museum and School of Art is pleased to announce a call for submissions for Picture This!, our second annual juried exhibition showcasing the art of children's book illustration.  

Children's book illustrators working in all media are invited to submit new and original artwork to be juried by Carol Goldenberg, former Art Director of Houghton's Children's Books and award winning children's book designer. Selected works will be exhibited in our Children's Gallery, which is dedicated to the art of picture book illustration, from September 9 - November 4, 2012.

Submissions will be accepted online through Friday, July 6, 2012.

Note:  Applicants must become Museum members.  A fee of $80 covers costs of up to three submissions, plus a one year individual museum membership.  

If you already have a membership, your membership will be extended one year from its current expiration date.
