Who could believe we are almost at the point of celebrating Easter! Time flies! We at Pilates Plus have been busy bees this past month. Kirsty Rennie had a baby boy, Ramsay and we hosted our very successful Study Day. We are looking forward to lots happening this coming month too. If you stand still you are going backwards!

Congratulations Kirsty
We are delighted to announce that Kirsty had a baby boy on the 16th March. His name is Ramsay David Graham Rennie. A beautiful brother to Cameron and Anna. 
We wish Kirsty all the best adjusting to life with her new family of five!



5th Annual Pilates Plus Study Day

We were so proud of our team for delivering such a fantastic and well received study day on the 19th March! We had presentations from Ruth, Emma and Marina as well as Tess and Laura. Physiotherapists had travelled from across Scotland to join us in learning and we all had a fantastic day.
We couldn't have been happier with the way the day went, and the feedback was extremely positive from the delegates. Thanks to all involved for being such willing participants.

Family Fun Day in aid of Cancer Research

Laura delivered a fun taster session at the above event on the 25th March which gave those involved a taste of what Pilates entails!

Best thing about Pilates Plus: The clients, this is what makes my job fun and so enjoyable! I love teaching classes and having a variety of individuals to work with. Seeing people achieve their physical goals  and build in self-confidence gives me a real buzz both in the class and from a physio perspective.  Also as a business we are always endeavouring to evolve, bringing new ideas to classes and clients to make the experience fun, enjoyable and specific to them.

Favourite exercise: Teaser - it requires strength, balance control, length and perseverance to get it right. Plus it is a great party trick working against the clock!! 

Tess's Quote: Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it
