A delicious Friday night supper!

The time has come.
I have spent 12 years farming on my little piece of paradise, always puzzling to figure out the magic equation that makes
hard work = a decent, sustainable living. Oh, and I must feed you! It is my life blood, the air I breathe, it is the heart of the matter for me.
Makng the humble pizza pie with as much vashon-maury ingredients as possible has been a delicious experiment for me and I believe many of you.
I also believe I have found the puzzle piece that makes it all fit together.
I am going to put this oven on wheels.
I want to make farm pizza at The Farmers Market on Saturdays, (including breakfast pizza and fresh, hot breakfast rolls) , Ober Park during summer concerts. First Friday, the Garden Tour, your wedding, birthday, Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Dog Trials. I want to surprise you where I show up to make farm pizza!
YES, there will be Farm Pizza Fridays at the farm.
(not this week, I need to focus on this next step)
To do all of the above, I have to be Legal, Licensed and Blessed by King County Health Department.

I am about to launch a Kickstarter campaign (http://www.kickstarter.com) to raise capitol to build, license and insure the first licensed mobile wood fired pizza oven on Vashon-Maury Island.
Not only do I wish to support myself and my farm, I want to support my neighbor farmers by purchasing the fruits of their labor for the La Biondo Farm Pizza.
