Attend, Vote, and Promote!
Dear National CCAA Member,

Welcome to October! I hope you are able to find some time to take a breather from the fast-paced admission season. I am writing with an opportunity of sorts to take a break from the craziness, as well as two important requests:

1) Virtual Annual Membership Meeting, Thursday, October 14, 3-4 p.m. E.T.
Two Catholic College Presidents will join us!

Please join me and our Board of Directors for our annual recap of the past membership year, the state of the organization, including the wonderful things that are happening to promote our member schools and Catholic higher education. We are honored to have two special guests kick off the meeting with an opening segment called, "Catholic Higher Education in the Time of COVID-19."

Ann McElaney-Johnson, President of Mount Saint Mary's University (Los Angeles, CA) and George Martin, recently retired President of St. Edward's University (Austin, TX) will reflect on the past year and a half as leaders of Catholic higher education institutions and will speak on how their communities' commitment to faith and service helped through difficult times.

To attend the membership meeting, please RSVP here by 12 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 14. The Zoom login information for the meeting will be emailed to registrants by 2 p.m. ET on Thursday the 14th.

2) Please vote in our election!
Traditionally, the CCAA president's term ends at the conclusion of the Annual Membership Meeting, and so I will officially hand over the reins to our President-Elect, Beth Sullivan, Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing at Saint Peter's University (Jersey City, NJ) at that time.

With that, the membership must vote for a new President-Elect. The Board of Directors has nominated a dedicated leader to be the next President-Elect. Please submit your vote here by Wednesday, October 13.
The National Catholic College Admission Association (The National CCAA) is a nonprofit organization of Catholic colleges and universities committed to promoting the value of Catholic higher education and serving students in the transition to college.
