Please join us to keep our first responders, tow operators and DOT highway personnel safe while they work!

We were proud to be tapped to lead the Northern New Jersey leg in the journey of The Spirit Ride. The mission of this nationwide endeavor is to bring greater awareness to the Slow Down, Move Over laws across the country.

On January 27, 2009 the State of New Jersey passed the Move Over Law , yet more than eight years later innocent first responders are still being injured and killed on the side of the road. These first responders are brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, uncles, aunts and children. They have families to go home to at the end of their shift. At Nick’s Towing Service, Inc. we have worked diligently over the years to consistently get the word out to the motoring public about the importance of the Move Over Law . It saves lives when followed. Simply put- when you see flashing lights, slow down and if there’s the opportunity, move over.

We wish to bring together as many members of the police, EMT, fire, DOT, elected officials and the towing community as possible, providing a strong showing of strength and support for the Move Over Law . We also wish to honor the first responders who have been killed while working on the side of the road.

We invite you to join us to create an event worthy of media coverage to further the cause keeping us all safe as we simply go to work each day. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to having you join us for this worthy event.

Sincerely,
Nick
