• Refer as many new Professional Chefs as you can to join your ACF Local Chapter between now and October 31, 2018 (some restrictions apply; click the link below for full details) .
• Each new professional member gets a Free ACF Chef Coat and YOU receive the following:

  • Recruit 1 to 4 chefs and get a free ACF chef coat.
  • Recruit 5 to 10 chefs and get a free ACF chef coat and pants.

 Participating in the ACF Student Team Competition is a fun way to put the skills you’ve learned in the classroom to the test. As a team competitor, you demonstrate dedication and experience in the culinary industry. Participation is an instant resume builder. Want to be part of the action? Certification News
The Certification Commission Needs You!

The Certification Commission has three vacant seats.  By joining the Commission, you can be a part of developing, implementing and monitoring the ACF Certification process.

Preferred candidates have:
  • Dedication and passion for ACF Certification.
  • Certifications in the CC/CSC, pastry levels, or personal levels.
  • Active in ACF and their chapter.

Serving as a commission member requires:
  • Commission meetings twice and year and periodic phone calls.
  • Active assistance on Commission projects and subcommittees.

Requirements and Application:
Submit letter of intention, letter of support from chapter detailing chapter activity, documentation of attending a national ACF event in the past two years, and involvement in practical exam testing processes via taking, administrating, or evaluating an exam to certify@acfchefs.net by September 15, 2018.

Please note that the Board of Directors will choose a candidate and the Certification Commission will choose a candidate. You will not be considered without submitting documentation of the above requirements.
CCC Practical Exam changes went into effect August 1, 2018

The 90-day window during which either exam is accepted is now open. This window will close November 1, 2018!
