For those units that did not take part in the $10K Show and Sell Order but plan on participating in Show and Sell, please be sure to log in to the Trail's End Popcorn System and place your unit's order right away to ensure that it is delivered on September 20! The Wawa Show and Sell Lottery results are in! There are a total of 61 Wawa locations and every unit that entered the lottery received a location. We had 85 units participate in this year's lottery and 83 of those units received one of their top 2 preferred show and sell locations.  The remaining two units were granted the closest alternate location available.

Information for units when at a Wawa location:

The individuals who will be representing your organization during solicitation must be at least 10 feet away from the main entrance door and remain in the location designated by the store manager on duty. No solicitation is permitted inside the store. A solicitor's vehicle must be parked in the space directly in front of the solicitors and must remain there unless the manager requests that it be moved. An adult must be present at all times if minors are making the solicitation (only two minors are permitted at any time). All participants agree to abide by all rules and restrictions imposed generally by Wawa or by the store manager on duty. The solicitation must be limited between the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
