House Paint Schemes Online
Are you planning on painting your home? Please submit your Design Modification Application well in advance of your scheduled painting date. It can take up to seven business days to receive an approval, and waiting until the last minute to submit can result in a lost painting date or a missed deadline. You can submit up to 60 days in advance.

Find the perfect paint color at   www.mypowerranch.com . It is easy to select a pre-approved paint scheme and download an application without leaving your house.
LANDSCAPE UPDATES
In Mountain View, the renovation crew updated drainage on a culvert drain near Tannery and Calico. The crew removed the usable granite and rip rap in the drainage area, and excavated the built up dirt allowing the water to drain.

A post-emergent application was completed last week to eliminate the puncture vine weed in the Arbors main park. Additional applications will be applied throughout the summer growing months, as needed to continue the process of eradicating the weed. Residents may notice a blue color to the turf. The color marks areas as they are treated to help apply the products uniformly. The color will fade in a few days.

Four Peaks trim crew tentatively scheduled for the Knolls palm tree trimming on June 20. The Bonanza and Posse pools will be closed the day of trimming until the work is complete.
