Streetscape trees are blocking Town of Gilbert Service Vehicles
The Town of Gilbert Fire Department has requested that all streetscape trees are trimmed to a height of 13 feet. For the safety of residents, the firetrucks need clearance in the neighborhood. Garbage and Recycling trucks need access to bins, as well. Please help support the Town of Gilbert Fire Department and trim up your streetscape trees as soon as possible. The Fire Marshall has asked that all trees in The Grange be trimmed by October 16.
Winter Rye seed is filling in nicely in areas scalped and seeded last week. The area above is in the Villages neighborhood.
Landscape update
The renovation crew is starting the winter annual flower rotation. The work consists of removing all existing annuals, tilling the soil, adding soil nutrients, replacement or upgrade of worn irrigation components, and installing 270 new flats of flowers; a mix of geraniums, petunias, pansy, dianthus, and calendula. The process takes approximately two full weeks.

Scalping Schedule for this coming week
  • The Knolls parks and homes.
The process of scalping takes 6-8 days to complete. All crews assist with this service and will resume normal schedules upon completion. Four Peaks will do their best to minimize any dust during the process.
Come to Power Ranch Farmer's Market for a tasty meal at the food trucks! Eat healthy and fresh foods the rest of the week from our farmers market and enjoy a unique shopping experience with vendors .

House Paint Schemes Online
Time to paint your home? If your home has not been painted in 7-10 years, it's time. Find the perfect paint color at   www.mypowerranch.com . It is easy to select a pre-approved paint scheme and download an application without leaving your house.

Power Ranch residents receive a discount on Dunn Edwards paint (up to 37% off retail price), with account #188531-000 in store.

Remember, colors viewed on a computer screen or when printed may not be an exact representation of the actual pigment color. When matching is critical, please refer to original Dunn Edwards color chips as a reference.
Don’t wait to submit your Modification Application
Are you planning on painting your home? Please submit your Design Modification Application well in advance of your scheduled painting date. It can take up to seven business days to receive an approval, and waiting until the last minute to submit can result in a lost painting date or a missed deadline. You can submit up to 60 days in advance.
Did you paint without submitting an application?
While the Association appreciates your initiative in painting your home, all exterior painting, whether using existing colors or a preapproved paint scheme, requires the submittal of a Design Modification Application. Record of your approval becomes necessary in any future sales transactions, and also creates a record that tells us you have painted. If you do not apply, we will have to presume that you have not painted the exterior of your home.

The good news is that it is not too late. You can still submit your application, noting the scheme used and the date painted. We will note your account upon receipt.
