Power Ranch Gives

Residents dropped off a truck full of donations at the Carriage House the last two weeks for Helen's Hope Chest . The clothing, books, toys, and toiletries will help children in foster and kinship care. Helen’s provides more than just clothes for kids in foster care. The boutique environment allows kids to choose their favorite items and feel like they are shopping at a regular store. Thank you, Power Ranch residents for contributing.

Landscape Updates

In The Village, the crew completed week 6 of their rotation schedule in the neighborhood. The area includes homes along the west side of Napa Lane. Work included the removal of tree suckers along the streetscape, and replacement of several missing or damaged valve box lids.

At the Barn, 210 feet of new 6”x6” concrete curbing has been installed to update four flower beds and the crew also repaired a section behind the Barn pool bathroom that was damaged by Sissoo roots.

The week, post-emergent was applied to eliminate any weeds in the granite areas of MountainView , The Vineyards , The Arbors, and The Groves.

The renovation crew is wraping up the annual flower installation. Approximately 240 flats of Red and White Penta’s along with the Green Potato Vine will be planted.
4565 East Desperado in the Oaks neighborhood consistently exemplifies a well-maintained landscape and was nominated for Yard of the Week by their neighbors. To nominate your neighbor, email Denise at dmontana@ccmcnet.com, and include your neighbor's address.

House Paint Schemes Online
Time to paint your home? If your home has not been painted in 7-10 years, it's time. Find the perfect paint color at   www.mypowerranch.com . It is easy to select a pre-approved paint scheme and download an application without leaving your house.
Remember, colors viewed on a computer screen or when printed may not be an exact representation of the actual pigment color. When matching is critical, please refer to original color chips as a reference.

Are you planning on painting your home? Please submit your Design Modification Application well in advance of your scheduled painting date. It can take up to seven business days to receive an approval, and waiting until the last minute to submit can result in a lost painting date or a missed deadline. You can submit up to 60 days in advance.
