It's time to find Lucky the Leprechaun!

Kids come and go as the time pass
While I sit and enjoy the view of the beautiful green grass
Begin on the south side of Cabazon and Posse
Do eight BIG cartwheels towards the west
Seventeen bunny hops to reach the playset
Now crawl like a crab through the warm sand
Skip down the seven steps and do a twirl at 180 degrees
Take a selfie now that you've found me

Landscape Updates
Trim Crews have changed their focus moving forward with spring seasonal plant cutbacks. This natural pruning technique promotes healthy “new growth” resulting in more flowers and less water consumption by the plants during the growing season. It also revitalizes the plants and helps to keep them growing in their intended space without constant over trimming of the plant material. The work will include cutbacks of the following more frost sensitive plant material over the next several weeks; Gold Lantana, Desert Ruelia, Yellow Bells, and Orange Jubilee.

In the Knolls and The Orchards neighborhoods, post-emergent was applied to eliminate any weeds in the landscape.

In the Villages, the Renovation Crew completed the prep work on the 48 garage pathway. The work consisted of removing all existing plant material, grading and excavation in preparation for the new material, and the installation of new irrigation lateral pipes and components.

The Arbor Crew will be onsite to begin March tree trimming, which includes 320 trees and one tree removal. The crew will focus on elevating and structurally pruning many Sissoo and Mesquite trees to complete the northern half of Mountainview along Arrowhead.
4221 East Claxton Avenue in the Arbors neighborhood consistently exemplifies a well-maintained landscape.

House Paint Schemes Online
Time to paint your home? If your home has not been painted in 7-10 years, it's time. Find the perfect paint color at . It is easy to select a pre-approved paint scheme and download an application without leaving your house.
Remember, colors viewed on a computer screen or when printed may not be an exact representation of the actual pigment color. When matching is critical, please refer to original color chips as a reference.

Are you planning on painting your home? Please submit your Design Modification Application well in advance of your scheduled painting date. It can take up to seven business days to receive an approval, and waiting until the last minute to submit can result in a lost painting date or a missed deadline. You can submit up to 60 days in advance.
