Many of us receive more presents than we need over the holiday season. Most sit unopened or go unused. Join
Birthday Presence for their first annual re-gift wrapping party. Donate a toy, help wrap it, make a birthday card, and provide a piece of magic to a foster child on their birthday.
If you are unable to attend the party, and still want to participate, please drop off new and unopened gifts on or before January 27, to the Carriage House office, or the Ranch House Clubhouse during regular hours.
The Re-Gift Party is Sunday, January 28, 2 to 4 p.m.

Crews completed core aeration of the center soccer field along with three of the large neighborhood parks. The process helps to provide air to the root system, promote better drainage, and loosen up the soil compaction in these highly used areas. The cores are mowed over, broken up, and naturally melt back into the soil. Also, a light fertilizer application was applied to these areas.
Post-emergent application to eliminate any weeds focused on areas throughout
The Villages,
Meadowview,
The Willows, and large portion of the
north Arroyo and
Barn last week You may notice the light blue colorant in dormant turf areas as Four Peaks treats common winter broadleaf weeds and unwanted winter grass such as Poa Annua.
In
The Knolls, the crew has continued their regular maintenance schedule which had them nearly completing week six on the homes west of the Posse pool.
In
The Villages, the crew has completed week two of their schedule in the neighborhood along the southeast corner of Sante Fe and Rim. The deciduous trees have begun dropping their leaves steadily; the crews are maintaining the clean-up weekly since the leaf litter is substantial.

House Paint Schemes Online
|
Time to paint your home? If your home has not been painted in 7-10 years, it's time. Find the perfect paint color at
www.mypowerranch.com
.
It is easy to select a pre-approved paint scheme and
download an application
without leaving your house.
Power Ranch residents receive a discount on Dunn Edwards paint (up to 37% off retail price), with account #188531-000 in store.
Remember, colors viewed on a computer screen or when printed may not be an exact representation of the actual pigment color. When matching is critical, please refer to original Dunn Edwards color chips as a reference.
Are you planning on painting your home? Please submit your Design Modification Application well in advance of your scheduled painting date. It can take up to seven business days to receive an approval, and waiting until the last minute to submit can result in a lost painting date or a missed deadline. You can submit up to 60 days in advance.
