Save the date, to prepare to attend an informative meeting about the recreation space being developed just north of Power Ranch.

Kimley-Horn, Planning and Design Engineering Consultants is working with the Town of Gilbert on a new park located within the Rittenhouse Basin at Power and Pecos. The Town of Gilbert has asked them to host an informational meeting to show the project master plan, identify project amenities and project timeframes.
Association reminders for Homeowners
It’s that time of year again! If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please take the opportunity to review past Meeting Minutes to become familiar with recent Board Meetings. There are three Board positions available and the terms are for three years. The deadline for applications is January 19, at 5 p.m. with the voting results announced at the Annual Meeting at the Barn on February 26. If you would like more information about the responsibilities of serving contact Andy Auteri, Community Manager, to answer your questions.

First Quarter Assessments are due January 1, and late after January 15. There was no change in the Assessments from 2017.

Please remove all your holiday lights and decor by January 15, 2018. 
Hosting a Class or Club
All clubs and classes are required to complete an agreement every six months. If you are interested in hosting a club or a class, please submit your application as soon as possible. Space is filling up fast! Contact Max Villegas, Lifestyle Assistant for more information on hosting a class or club in the community.
Landscape Updates
The Four Peaks Renovation Crew completed the center median renovations on Pecos Road last week. They installed a total of 43 new Southern Live Oak Trees and 200 tons 5/8” Apache Brown granite to the five median sections.

Post-emergent application to eliminate any weeds focused on areas throughout Germann Road, The Groves, Arbors, and The Vineyards last week. You may notice the light blue colorant in dormant turf areas as Four Peaks treats common winter broadleaf weeds and unwanted winter grass such as Poa Annua.

Are you planning on painting your home? Please submit your Design Modification Application well in advance of your scheduled painting date. It can take up to seven business days to receive an approval, and waiting until the last minute to submit can result in a lost painting date or a missed deadline. You can submit up to 60 days in advance.

The Association of Power Ranch Entrepreneurs (ASPiRE) is a network of Power Ranch residents and businesses within a 5-mile radius.
