Turck Announces Pressure Transmitters Developed for Demanding Applications

Turck introduces the PT2000 line of pressure transmitters, which offer a welded stainless steel measuring cell for increased durability and increased chemical compatibility. The PT2000 provides a solution that has no elastomer seals and all wetted materials are 316L stainless steel. This makes the solution uniquely capable to meet the environmental needs in water pumping, hydraulic and refrigeration applications.
Banner Engineering's Safety Controllers Add New Features and PROFINET Industrial Protocol

The SC26-2 and expandable XS26-2 safety controllers are now available with the PROFINET industrial communication protocol on all Ethernet-enabled models. PROFINET provides simple, robust communication in real-time with connected devices that use PROFINET, including devices from other manufacturers. All new models of the standard and the expandable safety controller support virtual non-safety inputs, including manual reset, On/Off commands, mute enable and cancel Off-delay.

Fortress Interlocks' Coded Non Contact Switch

Non-contact safety switches are interlocking devices that are designed to protect people, industry and productivity. They are ideal for use in applications where precise guidance of guards is difficult. Due to the design, they are long-lasting devices that require minimal maintenance, are resistance to shock and vibrations and offer a high level of prevention against tampering.

Industry 4.0 is about making your machines totally connected so that all sensors share all data constantly to optimize and improve production. Emerson's technology can harness all information from existing component sensors by acting as a hub for data gathering. This allows predictive maintenance and machine optimization. Data can be analyzed to improve the design of future machines.

Nexen's New Patented Precision Drive System

Unlike some cam driven systems, the Precision Ring Drive System can start and stop at any incremental position. Users can change the motion profile by simply loading a new servo drive program. The Precision Ring Drive System allows maximum acceleration or deceleration at any point without the risk of damage.
