Turck's NEW Ethernet/IP Encoders for High Speed Actuators

Turck announces the availability of EtherNet/IP enabled encoders, providing an optical based encoder solution with electronic multi-turn capabilities for position applications requiring feedback for customers using the EtherNet/IP and CIP (Common Industrial Protocol) interface.

Applications for the ODVA-certified encoder include automotive production, logistics, metal processing, textile applications and printing and packaging machines.





Banner's New Washdown Cover for Emergency Stop Buttons
Banner Engineering’s new Washdown Cover provides additional protection against environmental hazards for their 30 mm Mount Emergency Stop Buttons without compromising device actuation or visibility. It expands the number of applications for which their E-Stop Buttons can be used by raising the product rating up to IP69K and Type 4X. The cover is made of clear, FDA-grade silicone and is UL and ECOLAB approved. It is available in pre-installed kits for rapid deployment in new installations or as a standalone product, great for retrofitting E-Stop buttons in existing installations.

ABB's ACS880 Extension Box

The ACS880 Extension Box is an ACS880-01 wall-mounted drive on a back panel with an electrical box for additional devices. Within the box are line fuses to protect the drive. Optional devices include a local disconnect switch and control power transformer. It is used in a variety of industries including oil and gas, chemical, mining, material handling, pulp and paper, saw mills and cement.
