Online Scrips Orders Due 11/22

Take the guesswork out of holiday gifts for the teachers and participate in Scrips!
Donate any amount over $1 to the teachers you'd like to recognize and then they can choose their own gift card.  And while you're at it, you can order gifts cards of your own for people on your gift list!
Online orders will be accepted through 11/22.

It's snowball season!

Students that choose to participate in the annual Snowball Project will select their snowball with the gift they will be responsible for this week during lunch. Please talk to your child about any rules you have regarding selection (permission, preferred price range, etc) and then check your child's backpack to see if there is a snowball in it!

If your child WILL NOT be in school November 21 or 22, and your family would still like to contribute, please contact Debi Sicoli to be assigned any remaining snowball(s). We'd love to have as many students as possible take part!

Thank you for your generosity!

Gift your child's artwork!

The holiday season is quickly approaching and what better gift to give, than a piece of your child's artwork?  Did you know that you can order various gifts with your child's artwork?

PTA Executive Board
Call for Nominations

The school year is almost half over and we're starting to plan for next year's PTA Executive Board. Do you know someone who would be interested in serving as a PTA board member? We're looking for committed parents interested in becoming more involved at Prairie. For more information about the board positions, check out the PTA website.

We're also needing a few parent volunteers to serve on the Nominating Committee (this committee will help form the PTA board for the 2017-18 school year). The time commitment is 1-2 meetings in December/January.

Please contact Carol Solenberger or Allison Hughes with nominations or with any questions.
