Scrips Gift Cards due 11/18

Take the guesswork out of holiday gifts for the teachers and participate in Scrips!
Donate any amount over $1 to the teachers you'd like to recognize and then they can choose their own gift card.  And while you're at it, you can order gifts cards of your own for people on your gift list!
Watch your student's backpack for order forms, fill them out and return with payment (checks made to Prairie PTA) by 11/18. OR, you may order online  here.
Contact Lindsey Rosemann with questions.

Join Us for Pancakes 11/22!

Bring the whole family for a Chris Cakes pancake breakfast the morning of 11/22.
Advance tickets are $7 per person with a family maximum of $28 (tickets are $8 at the door). Proceeds go to the Prairie Experience Fund. You print out this form and return to Prairie with payment OR order tickets online here. Order forms due by 11/20.
And we are looking for event volunteers - please sign up here.

Forms Due This Friday

The annual Prairie Elementary Snowball Project is ready to help make the holiday season bright for families in need! Students have the opportunity to provide gifts and holiday meals for seven Operation Breakthrough families.

On November 21 & 22, students of families that choose to participate will select a snowball with instructions on providing a toy, meal, or gift card for members of our adopted families. Kindergarten and First Grade students must have parental permission to choose a snowball.  For these students, permission forms were sent home last week and are due this Friday, November 18 .

Click here for the permission form.

Order poinsettias from Prairie

Prairie has partnered with Family Tree Nursery to offer red and white poinsettias just in time for the holiday season!
These 6-inch poinsettias are available for $15 per plant. You can place orders online here or you can print this form and deliver to school with payment.
Orders are due 11/18, and will be delivered 12/2.
All proceeds go toward the Prairie Experience Fund. Thank you for supporting Prairie!

Thank you Book Fair Volunteers!

Planning, managing and keeping traffic flow moving during the Book Fair is no easy feat. Thank you to Jessica Brown, and every parent volunteer who helped make this event run smoothly!

We sold $13,900 and Prairie gets $3,500! Thank you to everyone who participated to make this event successful.
Canned Food Drive This Week

Prairie's student council needs your help collecting canned goods for the Johnson County Christmas Bureau.

There will be a box in the lobby accepting donations. Help STUCO provide nourishment to families in need!
