Sowing Seeds Ministry

Sowing Seeds of Faith

Dear friends,

My friends, the Word of God has long been something stressed in the Prayer Needs Ministry.

Please read the Bible first before praying, either using the scripture passages provided on a weekly basis, or your own personal Bible reading, then meditate upon the scriptures.  Ask God to work in your heart.  Pray for forgiveness of sin, and examine your own life first, and then prepare yourself to pray for the requests in this week's prayer needs letter.

Thank you once again for being an important contributor to this ministry.  It is valued and greatly appreciated!
God ... giveth ... liberally, and upbraideth not.

Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
The grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many ... The free gift is of many offences unto justification.
God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved) and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: that in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

James 1:5. John 8:10,11. Rom. 5:15,16. Eph. 2:47. Rom. 8:32.

"Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." - Matthew 5:3-9

Comments: The enemy has been pressing me physically, mentally, financially. I have lost most of my believer friends. Fighting with my health, the past 5 years have been very very hard because so many severe illnesses attacked me and I was operated 5 times before I had a good job and mission work and now I am hardly surviving and feel very tired. So I know I need serious prayer support. I love God very much. I am a Messianic missionary and singer. Thank you! God bless you for your prayers!

Comments: Please pray for me.  Yesterday, with my company's truck, I accidentally backed up into a parked car causing a dent in it.  My job has put a tremendous amount of pressure on all of us.  No one was hurt, thank the Lord.  But I have to face the repercussions of what I did.  It was a pure mistake.  I really need pray, especially that I can have confidence enough to perform my job and perform it well.  I need Him to lift up my spirit with His Holy Spirit.  Please just pray.  Thank you.

In Him, Ben

Passage 2 Corinthians 1:3-7:

   3Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

4Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

5For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

6And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

7And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

King James Version (KJV)

Scripture:
Read the Bible this year.  You can find a calendar to read the entire Bible  at
http://www.dailyway.com/ReadTheBibleOnline.html
That is not the only location, nor the only on line translation.  There are many others available if you prefer other translations.  Nothing wrong with reading a good, old fashioned Bible, either.  The important thing is to faithfully read the Bible daily because reading the Bible builds your faith, for "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."  Romans 10:17, KJV

Please pray for the nations of this world, and certainly for the leaders of your own country.  I believe that this is God's will, as this is mentioned specifically in scripture.

There is amazing power in united prayer.

Remember 2 Chronicle 7:14: 'If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land".

If you ever need to change your subscription information, whether changing your Email address or you need to stop receiving the messages for any reason, note the subscription information and the contact information at the bottom of each message.  Just as our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is a choice, the privilege of sharing with others in prayer is also a choice - your choice.

I urge you to prayerfully consider these needs and thank God for the privilege of being able to approach His Throne directly in prayer, all made possible by Jesus the Son, and that is why it is in His Name that we pray.

Yours in Christ,
Brian Masinick
