American Red Cross "Boot Scoot Boogie"












Premier Networx is a presenting sponsor for the
America n Red Cross Boot Scoot Boogie to be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016, from 6 - 11 p.m. at Savannah Rapids Pavilion. In addition to a jam packed silent auction, there will be live auction, raffle, delicious barbecue and live music! Welcome, Lesley & Cammie! 

We are excited to welcome Lesley Brennan as technical coordinator for Premier Networx.  She started with Premier the beginning of November 2015 and has a 20 year history in sales in the Augusta area. Next time you call to schedule a service call, you will most likely speak to Lesley. Give her a warm welcome! 

Our newest team member is Cammie Jones who has joined Premier as the new marketing director.  She comes to us with more than three years of marketing experience in the IT world. Cammie will be working part time for us, and you will see more of her in the coming months at chamber and community events around town.
After Hours Support Notice

Due to increased calls after hours and on weekends, we would like to communicate to our customers the  support structure for any IT support needs during these times: 

1. Please call 706.426.6313 or email support@augustaitguys.com with contact information and details of your issue.

2. Our technical coordinator will contact you via telephone to coordinate working with an engineer. 
* Note: payment is needed up front via credit card over the phone.  Rates are $125 / hour to log in remotely; $125 / hour (minimum of 2 hours) for an onsite visit.

3. An engineer will either log in remotely or come onsite to fix the issue.

Wireless Site Surveys 

Premier Networx continues to offer wireless site surveys to help provide uninterrupted computer_idea_web.jpg wireless access throughout an entire building, facility or campus. This preliminary survey will ensure the best placement for the highest performance and most efficient use of wireless access points. Our goal is to get it right the first time, and this ensures that the job is done correctly! Call us to learn more about this service.

Want to charge your iPhone faster? Switch to airplane mode. This will turn off 
battery- draining wireless and cellular access, which allows  your phone to charge  twice as fast.
