Rev. Robert Tabscott

  With deep sadness I announce the passing or Rev. Robert Tabscott, HR pastor. Rev. Tabscott passed away Saturday evening. A memorial service for the Rev. Robert Tabscott will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26 at Faith Des Peres Presbyterian Church. This would have been Bob’s 80th birthday, and the family invites you to a party celebrating his life immediately following the service outside on the church lawn. 
  Blessed are those who die in the Lord. For they shall find rest from their labor.

    During our 60th year of ministry and mission, Westminster seeks to blessing our neighborhood and community. Join us at Westminster Presbyterian Church, located at  1419 N 17th Street, Belleville, Illinois, on Saturday, May 27, for a Historical tour of Belleville and "Family Reunion" fun fair, and on  Sunday, May 28, at 10:15 a.m. for a Morning Worship Service, 12 p.m. for our Anniversary Luncheon, and then at  3 p.m. for a 60th Anniversary Worship Service.  Gift of Voice - Pastor Resource Day

  Gift of Voice holds Pastor Resource Day - Wed., July 19th.

One of the greatest contributing factors to spiritual and physical death is a lack of knowledge, insight and open dialog about mental health recovery.  Churches, including leadership, are not exempt from mental health challenges.  This unique forum focuses on personal wellness, community collaboration and making an eternal difference.  In addition to our phenomenal keynote speakers, topics include Healthy Leadership, Suicide Prevention, Integrated Healthcare, Trauma-Informed Ministry and Christ-Centered Advocacy. For more information and to register continue here.
