Mornings with the Mayor Goes on the Road

Westland, MI - Mayor William R. Wild is taking his monthly "Mornings with the Mayor" on the road in 2016.  Mornings with the Mayor began in 2015 as another avenue for residents to connect with Mayor Wild and his administration about matters of importance regarding City services or programs and events.  These monthly meetings have been a hit with residents who enjoy interacting with the Mayor and key department heads and are often privy to the latest breaking news in the city.

The first of the "Mornings with the Mayor on the Road" series will be held at the William P. Faust Westland Public Library and will take place on Tuesday, January 12 at 9:00 a.m. Coffee and water are provided during this one hour event.

"Mornings with the Mayor was a huge success in 2015," commented Mayor William R. Wild.  "This year, we are taking them on the road in order to visit different parts of Westland.  I look forward to continuing to work with residents to make Westland the best it can be."
