FLOOD DAMAGE UPDATE
City Parks Open,
Ragged Mountain Access Road Remains Closed
Charlottesville, VA - City of Charlottesville Parks & Recreation is issuing the following status updates regarding flood damage to City parks:
 
Riverview Park
All park facilities, including the trail along the Rivanna River are now open.
 
Azalea Park
All park facilities are now open. Citizens are urged to refrain from entering into low-lying turf areas, many of which which remain saturated.
 
Meadowcreek Golf Course
Completely open.
 
Ragged Mountain
Entrance Road remains closed as repairs continue. We are hopeful to have these repairs completed on Thursday, June 7.
