Preview Maggie Taylor's New Exhibition:

Last Week to See Michael Kenna

Saturday, February 20, will be the last day to view Michael Kenna's A Wonderful World exhibition. With vast areas of white, gray, and black prominent in many compositions, his subject matters portray Japanese and European landscapes.

Catherine Couturier Gallery is thrilled to welcome back artist Maggie Taylor. She will present new prints at our opening reception on Saturday, February 27 at 5 PM.

Known for her innovative style, Maggie Taylor's technique for more than twenty years includes the use of a flatbed scanner instead of a traditional camera to capture the objects and photographs she collects from various sources. Since 1996, Taylor uses Adobe Photoshop to manipulate the timelessness of antique portraits by playing on their whimsical nature.

We will be offering the following Maggie Taylor books:
No Ordinary Days, signed: $95
No Ordinary Days, Limited Edition w/ Moving On print (ed of 50): $750
No Ordinary Days, Limited Edition w/ Moth House print (ed of 50): $750
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, signed: $75
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Limited Edition w/ print: $750

Please contact the gallery to pre-order your book.
