Campus Cleanup Service Learning Opportunity

We are happy to announce a new service learning opportunity at PLP!

Campus Pride will allow students to give back to the PLP campus while earning service learning hours.

Students can volunteer on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays after school, weather permitting.  Middle School and Upper School students can use this time to clean up the grounds around campus by picking up litter, etc.

Upper School students who wish to start at 2:10pm can check in with Mrs. Kwiatkowski.
Any students who would like to begin at 3:00pm can meet Mrs. Schwaba in the Middle School parking lot.

An adult contact will be on-site at all times.  Bags and gloves will be provided.

Please feel free to contact Mrs. Schwaba at or Mrs. Kwiatkowski in the Upper School with any questions.

***February schedule below***

Also please pencil in March 25 and April 1 as potential dates for a Campus Clean-Up effort. We will be looking for lots of volunteers to help spruce up campus. Service learning hours awarded!

Upper School Robotics "Bag and Tag" Their Robot

Check out the result of 6 intense weeks of designing, building, problem solving, engineering and re-engineering to build a robot ready for competition- meet this year's brainchild of Team SPORK, PLP's Upper School Robotics team.

They have "bagged and tagged" their robot and are ready for their first competition in just two weeks. This could not be done without absolute dedication from the team members, their parent volunteers, and their mentors.
