BUBBLE-X is our newest product line that is sure to be a favorite for  printing and packaging applications . Bubble-X  is a co-extruded board made of three layers: a central thermoformed core, and two flat, compact "external skins" with "matte" finishes.  These external layers are smooth and corona-treated to provide outstanding printing performance.  Our dedicated Bubble-X line at the Richmond, Indiana facility can accommodate projects widths up to 63". 

PRINT-X offers the smoothest surface area available  within the fluted plastic industry. The  smooth, level surface is ideal for 4 color printing processes on high end printing applications. The  fabricating advantages, combined with superior surface quality, allows for outdoor printed slip sheets, unique and decorative cut-outs, company logo point of purchase displays, and free standing advertising signage.  

DIGI-HIPS® is engineered to meet the demands of digital printing. This exclusive Primex product features added UV inhibiting quality, a higher dyne level, and improved impact resistance. Manufacturers of UV digital equipment and solvent based inking systems recognize the added benefit of using this unique styrene product. DIGI-HIPS® is available in both custom and standard sizes and colors.

PRIME IMPAX high-impact polystyrene is used for a variety of printing applications such as promotional advertising in grocery store chains, restaurants and department stores. Thicknesses are available from .010-.400, with a controlled matte finish to ensure excellent ink adhesion for both silk-screening & offset lithography.
