January and February is the time for directors to search for new charts to take into jazz festival season. If you are searching for combo material, 3-2 Music is excited to offer five combo arrangements from the legendary Latin/jazz pianist Hilton Ruiz. Hilton Ruiz was comfortable in jazz as well as Latin music, recording with jazz luminaries such as Freddie Hubbard, Joe Henderson and many others. He became world renowned after touring and recording with Rashaan Roland Kirk for four years. He later produced his own Latin jazz recordings, writing for many Latin jazz artists like Tito Puente, J.P. Torres, and Dave Valentin. Though transcriptions of Hilton's arrangements have been circulating for many years, this is the first time his printed music will be published legally, with proper credit  given to his estate. It is the mission of 3-2 Music to "convert the music you love hearing into the music you love playing."
