It is my pleasure to announce that I have signed a new Procurement Executive Bulletin, titled "Communication with Partners during the Acquisition & Assistance Process" (PEB 16-03).
The purpose of the PEB is to emphasize the importance of engaging with our partners and to share best practices for effectively engaging from pre-solicitation to award. It also highlights the Office of Federal Procurement Policy's "Mythbusting" memoranda and encourages staff to utilize the illustrated methods to the extent feasible.
