The FT System IT700 Vision System will detect cap defects on glass, plastic and metal containers.  The system uses two independent cameras to inspect each container at full production speeds.  The ergonomic design provides easy access to the control panel and supports fast tool-less change overs.  The system can be used for food, beverage, household chemical and personal care applications.  


 The IT700 is ideal for detecting:

  • High caps
  • Cocked caps
  • Missing caps
  • Missing tamper bands
  • Damaged tamper bands

The FT System IE4000-3D Vision System will inspect labels on cylindrical shaped plastic, glass & metal containers.  Containers can be in any orientation as they pass through the system.  The IE4000-3D uses four independent cameras to inspect all surfaces of the container at full production speeds.  The ergonomic design provides easy access to the control panel and supports fast tool-less change overs.  The system can be used for food, beverage, household chemical and personal care applications.

 

The IE4000-3D is ideal for detecting confirmation of correct label, label absence or presence, label orientation and spacing, horizontal label placement, vertical label placement, label skew and label scuff or tearing.

The FT System series of high speed standing rejectors and diverters are designed to provide stable displacement of containers at production speeds up to 1,200 containers per minute.  The systems can be used to remove defective containers from the production line, divert containers to an alternate production line or remove containers for capper, seamer or filler sampling.  The multi finger systems are available in a range of sizes to support different application requirements.  The robust design is capable of supporting large containers.  The Multi Finger Standing Rejectors are ideal for high value products that can be reworked or applications where spilled product may contaminate the process.
